Who we are

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us. If you submit the contact form on this site, we receive the name, email address, subject and message you enter. If you complete one of our Google Forms (for example the volunteer sign-up), we receive the answers you provide there.

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to you and to follow up on the enquiry, volunteer application or partnership you contacted us about. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside the foundation except the service providers listed below.

Who processes it for us

• EmailJS — delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox.
• Google — hosts our email account and the forms used for volunteer and membership sign-ups.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and to maintain a record of our work, and we delete it when it is no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email beautifullifegh@gmail.com and we will respond as soon as we can.

Photographs

Photographs of the children, families and communities we work with are published only with the consent of the person shown or their parent or guardian. If you appear in a photograph on this site and would like it removed, contact us and we will take it down.

Changes

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
